My primary goal is to offer a service that will help the couple to create a lifelong memory of their perfect dream wedding! I offer 6 no hassle package options to meet any budget. If you don't see a package that fits your needs, please contact me for a custom quote. I also offer an hourly rate ($45) for any of the services listed below.

These packages are great for those who are not afraid to take on the process of planning a wedding, but would like someone to take over and execute their plan to perfection while bride, groom and their friends and family enjoy the big celebration. 

WEDDING DAY COORDINATION - LIGHT

  • Up to 5 hours of coordinating services on the wedding day (perfect for receptions!)

  • One in person meeting prior to the wedding day

  • Help with set up prior to the ceremony and/or reception

  • Vendor coordination a few days prior to the wedding day and on site

  • Assistance with paying final balances to vendors (the couple must provide the funds prior to the wedding day)

  • Ceremony/Reception Timeline management

  • Staff: wedding coordinator

  • Travel within 30 mile radius from Salt Lake County included (most areas in Salt Lake, Utah, Davis, and Summit Counties)

WEDDING DAY COORDINATION - FULL

  • Unlimited support on the Wedding Day

  • Up to 3 in person meetings 

  • Unlimited communication via phone and email during business hours (8am - 9pm)

  • Assistance with paying final balances to the vendors

  • Help with set up and vendor coordination on the wedding day

  • Vendor Coordination a few days prior to the wedding day and on site. 

  • Ceremony coordination

  • Timeline management

  • Assistance with cleanup

  • For weddings ending after midnight there will be additional hourly rate ($45/hour) for each hour past midnight

  • Staff: wedding coordinator

  • Travel within 100 miles radius included

  • Everything in the Full Wedding Day Coordination PLUS

  • Unlimited in person meetings

  • Ceremony Rehearsal, Venue Walk Through and Vendor Meetings

  • Final follow up and coordination with vendors 6-8 weeks prior to the wedding

  • Finalizing ceremony and reception timeline

  • Finalizing venue layout, submitting the layout to the venue if necessary

  • Full service decor set up and take down 

  • Staff: wedding coordination + 1 additional staff member

WEDDING DAY COORDINATION 

  • Additional staff on the wedding day: 

    • Full Day $200/person​

    • Hourly $25/hr/person

COMPLETE DECORATION PACKAGE

Completely hands off option for those who do not want to store boxes of decor at their home or run around picking up and dropping off rentals days before and after the wedding
